Spaces for well-being as talent attraction

The project was conceived after winning a private competition for the refurbishment of an office building in the 22@ Barcelona district. A new lobby was proposed, avoiding conventional business solutions, and a proposal that is consistent in terms of both the way it is used and the use of materials and constructive systems. The space achieves a modern look. Furniture and lamps are designed using raw steel and bright wood as the main materials.

The landscape intervention incorporates biophilic criteria and is designed according to Well certification standards, criteria aimed at improving health and well-being to create healthy businesses and retain talent. The entrance is dignified, and the continuous floral wall on the internal façade invites pedestrians to enter the building. The glass door makes the lobby visible from the street. Through this transparency, the spaces permeate.
