The building complex consists of a typical example of a masseria, with a linear plan, which differs from the traditional form with a central patio.
Through a historical analysis it is identified as a set of three elements, each of them goes back to a different period. The architectural intervention has signaled this historical continuity.
The restoration and preservation of the old part (trulli), the rationalization of part of the old farmhouse (casale) and a small extension carried out at the beginning of the 20th century.
The masseria and trulli complex has been rehabilitated incorporating a modern program, for a holiday residence with independent rooms and bedrooms for guests. Natural materials and traditional construction solutions are used, integrating into an environment with a wonderful landscape in terms of natural beauty and for its ethnological heritage, a landscape worked by man.
